Paid $425 for stump removal and 1 tree trim. They sent out a "contractor" with a pole saw who couldnt get the tall branches and cut the stump, didn't remove it. Called that evening, told they "would make it right". Haven't heard from them since. My neighbor finished the stump job. I could have done their "tree trim" with my own pole saw.
