Customer Service Stinks – Not sure about the therapists, but the customer service just over the phone stinks. If you don't have a long standing relationship with them, forget about getting any help or getting anyone to take your call.

Would not recommend – Read previous reviews so I tried it. Was not happy with any part of their services. They could use a complete make over and training in customer service. It is difficult enough to have to deal with insurance companies and then deal with difficult staff at the places where you go to receive the services as well.

A place that REALLY cares! – I am a former employee of Central Texas Speech due to a recent move. I have seen a lot of people come thru there that have been helped tremendously. Watching Megan help a lady who had a stuttering problem really took my breath away. I would assist her in check in and with billing, and the change I saw in her from her first apppoinment to her last was amazing! Awesome Speech Therapist! – I first went to see Dr. Lisa Famiglietti at Central Speech Pathology Servies, Inc. when I thought my accent was getting in my way of getting promotions. My Human Resources representative said I did not have so much of an accent but it seemed to her I had a small speech imperament. It did not take Lisa but a few minutes of her listening to me talk for her to figure out what my problem was! I had upper airway resistance syndrome, which means pretty much I was a mouth breather. Great Service All Around! – Working with the staff and speech pathologists at Central Texas Speech Pathology Services has been a pleasure. The office personnel are extremely helpful, diligent in following up and have a true genuineness about them that makes scheduling appointments easy. In fact, the staff went above and beyond on my behalf, reaching out to my insurance company to get treatment pre-approved without burdening me with the task of calling.
