Needed a couple of flanged, square sleeves to route HVAC duct work from a packaged unit into the building. Marlon took the measurements and produced a product that was within 1/16" of the specs. Turnaround was only a couple days, and probably could have been sooner if I had needed it sooner. Very, very professional work. Has earned my business for sure. (I put the dent in the top corner while installing it -- it came from the shop in perfect condition).
