Pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt!
Dr. Osgood is amazing. Prompt courteous, common sense. His office staff are great as well, very responsive.
Dr. Tew took the time to listen to my concerns and really help me feel heard and validated with my frustration at lack of empathy my previous RA specialist had. We have a game plan and for the first time in almost a year, I actually feel like there is hope for my diagnosis. Thank you, Dr. Tew!
The front staff was rude. i never miss my appointment as I have this condition for 10 years. I didn’t get reminder for my appointment in any means and got bill for no show. When I call them -the same lady says I don’t have any appointment with the Dr and when I told her about the bill, she says I still have to pay which I never made aware . Horrible customer service at Cedar Park location.
Dr. Tew seems very thorough. I'm hopeful we can find a solution
