I love the staff here. Melinda Salazar is a ray of sunshine. Extremely professional, patient and always has a smile. Angela Ash is thorough and never makes you feel like just a number. She is very compassionate!

The Staffs was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, They were caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Frederick took the time to listen as I explained where I was hurting and how it was affecting my day to day life, his bed-side manner is 5 stars across the board and his treatment plan 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend this facility for all your pain managment needs .
