This place is just making money off of the VA to keep the doors open. Veterans BEWARE!! If they refuse to send the prescriptions they want you to take to the VA and you take the receipt to the VA to refund the medications you can be charged with fraud against the government. I have filed a grievance with Triwest about this. You can look at VA.com and Triwest.com to confirm they are REQUIRED to send the prescriptions to the VA. The service by the NP and Dr were excellent. The VA sent me for pain Management. I received bilateral epidural injections that didn't help. Was treated like a side of beef. Then to top it of someone stole my late father's watch. Smashed my glasses and lied about medications. Do not go if your a Veteran
They called the Friday before my appointment that took a month for me to get to push it back two more weeks! My initial appointment was in August..
Seems like they never pick up the phone been calling since Thursday no answer !!!
