If you are looking for an honest and dependable builder, I suggest you keep looking. The builder and their agent continually blamed City of Waco and Encore for the delays in being able to close on a new construction. After about three weeks of this I personally called the City of Waco and Encore to find out that the truth was the builder was failing inspections.
