Inflexible scheduling. It took about 6 weeks to get an appointment to see Dr Lauryssen then a week before the appointment they rescheduled another 3 weeks out to the week before Thanksgiving so now there’s no way I can see having surgery before the end of the year. Crazy since I’ve been trying since September.
Everyone is nice and efficient. I have never had to wait over my appointment time to see my doctor.
Dr. Patel helped me learn what I should be doing about my back and leg problems, and offered advice on what I may expect to experience going forward. He explained current and past imaging MRIs, at the same time giving helpful pain relieving advice. I am pleased that he wrote a thorough Summary Note.
They kept me waiting for an hour with little explanation, only to tell me that the doctor is in surgery without an ETA in sight. The assistant was rude and inconsiderate. I left. There must be a better way to communicate with patients upfront and be considerate for their time
