Dr. Stovall and staff are excellent. I was promptly seen and doctor Stovall did an excellent job explaining what the condition was, and what were my options and alternatives. I felt very comfortable, and the doctor is very knowledgeable.
- when calling to schedule, the admin repeatedly told me (incorrectly) that the neurologist with whom I was required to schedule my follow up appointment had no affiliation with the referring hospital. Dr. Patel's information and affiliation with St. David's is his top hit on Google. - calling to schedule also took several tries because nobody answered the phone - the admin staff also ARGUED with me over my release date from the hospital. The doctors are great, but the follow-up process after the visit is not the best. My visit was with a PA, who was very nice and gave me a treatment plan. Told me she would send the RX to my pharmacy and a referral to pain management. That was on May 19th. It's June 15th and nothing yet.
If someone is interested enough to call me and ask me questions, I would be more than happy to explain my feelings and experiences.
Dr. Stovall is an excellent doctor recommended by my physical therapist. She treats other doctors who have had surgery done by Dr Stovall. I am scheduled for Spine surgery in a month. I am a 100% looking forward to it. I do not like this pain.
