Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and they told me to show up 30 minutes early to do new patient paperwork. Absolutely no word from the people here that scheduled me that they’re out for lunch until 1pm. Just a waste of my time, I had things I cancelled for this appointment because they told me I needed to be here early, just for no one to be here. Absolutely ridiculous

Dr Gupta and her staff are amazing! They all have the best bedside manner. They all took the time to talk, listen, and explain. Literally one of the best doctors we have ever seen for anything!

Wish 2.5 stars was an option. I’ve been going to this allergist for over a year, and while I’ve seen some benefits from treatment, I’ve noticed a clear decline in efficiency over the last six months. The wait time for weekly or biweekly injections has doubled, often resulting in long delays even for quick injections. To be clear, the staff that are there work hard and are great with my daughter—I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. We've had such a wonderful experience at Central Texas Allergy & Asthma! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Tom and Mikaela have gone above and beyond in helping my son—both have shown incredible patience, professionalism, and compassion. For years now, our whole family has been patients of Dr. Gupta and Dr. Johnson with excellent personalized care, medication management, and access to a compassionate staff. We appreciate the time, problem solving, and diagnostic support we all receive to lead a normal, healthy life with allergies and respiratory concerns.
