Horrible place.
Central Terrace is a nice, quite place to live. You build equity instead of paying rent. If you need any repairs done, you don't have to hire anyone to take care of it. You just call the office and maintenance will take care of the repair. It is a nice place to raise a small family.The buildings do need some repair. The apartments are painted and renovated before you move in.
