After multiple visits over the past 3 years, I will not be returning to this office. I have been having issues with my ears, nose, and throat for years now, and this office was one of the only one in my nearby area. During my time as a patient, I felt treated like a number and nothing more, with appointments lasting less than 5 minutes and being shoved out the door with prescriptions that do not help me in any way. Fast service and very professional and caring listens to what you have to say and respectfully ask questions I definitely will go back to them
I came to get a spot in my nose check out thankfully it's nothing major a simple medicine to fix the problem. Everyone there was very nice. Cody the PA was very helpful in explaining what's going on in my nose. I will certainly come back if I have any problems in the future.
