I was traveling from the east coast and needed a place to drop in to prevent detraining. Jay helped me get situated and this is an awesome strength training gym. Good barbells, racks, music setup. Central Strength couldn't have been better!
Friendly gym with great equipment. I was able to drop-in with a current gym member after-hours.
The Chinese trainer is super professional and knows a ton. Even though I have zero background, the trainer was really patient and walked me through everything step by step, making sure I got each move correctly. Every session was planned out really well, he also talked about practical techniques, theoretical stuff. The trainer’s supportive and encouraging vibe really boosted my confidence and kept me motivated.
Pet friendly space. 24/7 operation. Never been such a dedicated space for lifters. No waiting line, no stinky equipments. All things are well taken care of by their crew team.
