Straightforward no frills weight training gym with good coaching. No shower, towel service or AC. But lots of equipment and pleasant staff. Coach Jay is a good coach who is easy to work with and pleasant. Recommended

We dropped into this gym for a week while we were in town and loved it. As an Olympic weightlifter, it had everything I needed to train for the week. The staff and members were super friendly!
Great gym! Clean, lots of equipment, and welcoming members. 3 platforms for Olympic weightlifting and plenty of powerlifting platforms/squat racks.
