In dealing with office staff three times, the last two visits were a horrible experience. We made an appt to sign the contract for storage but i had to send a message that i had to cancel due to work. We followed up in person two days later and again the following day and we were berated each time for not attending appt. I will spend my money at a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY storage facility. NOT CENTRAL STORAGE!
They changed the doors to the storage units. So much easier to open now.
