Great customer service at this location. Could definitely use some quality control improvements. The metal is almost half an inch bigger that what it’s supposed to be. Or maybe I am the one that needed the quality control improvements. Either way use caution when installing.
Positive environment long hours not so good with understanding , drivers go through a long training period. receive no write ups just let you go the company talks, great benefits and shares with the company, but it doesn’t mean anything when you are let go. They take it all worked here for almost 2 weeks and was let go no write up.
Central States manufacturing in St. Peters, Missouri is a great company, just not if you happen to be a driver. This plant is full of great people, friendly people. You will get treated great here, if you are a driver. The only problem is... driver's do not get paid well. Horrible place to work, low pay, politics , and they run illegal, all they want are yes people, if you have your own opinion they’ll get rid of you.
