Worst place ever to unload!! Met with rudeness and hatefulness. Was told "We are trying to teach the broker a lesson so you're just going to have to wait." Is that waiting and sitting for four hours to get unloaded teaching that broker a lesson? NO!! That broker is not the one that just drove 11 hours plus to get your load to you on time!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived at Central States Metal for a delivery trying to find receiving office and was met with nothing but disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I was there before another guy who pulled up behind me — but because he works for them, they let him cut in front of me like my time doesn’t matter.
