Treat you like you are in invisible or a bother to them. Keep you far longer than necessary for payment obviously. Nurses that were so incredibly rude, Michelle, Deborah and Barbara on Unit G. Worst psychiatric hospital in Kentucky. I’d give negative stars if I could. Social worker outright lied about FMLA paperwork and didn’t get it done, leaving me without coverage at my employer. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is criminal. They keep people for weeks longer than necessary against their will and then harass them after they leave for their proof of income so they get paid for the excessive stay they forced on them. Should be shut down. Go to the Brooke, Peace, anywhere else but here for your own good.

5 years ago, when the pandemic first hit us all, I had an extreme episode of psychosis. I was aware for 11 days and barely survived. None of the medicine they were giving me was helping me at all and I couldn't go to sleep. The only thing that brought me back to reality was to have the privledge to watch a dvd movie. The medicine never got right because the psychiatrists gave me an overdose on lithium to the point that I almost died. I had to get rushed over to the emergency room.
