As a young woman who knows very little about cars, I feel completely taken advantage of after my recent service here. I was quoted $810 + an oil change for what my car needed but when I went to pick up my vehicle, was handed a bill for $1,440. I was shocked and confused and felt pressured to pay it because what else could I do? I needed my vehicle back, even though that was $400 more than I had expected to pay.
