I’ve been working with Careena on and off for several years. She’s been a constant sounding board and has helped me through many hardships. I’ve felt supported, challenged, and encouraged to find my voice. I now have a much deeper understanding and awareness of myself and my behaviours. EMDR was a particularly valuable technique for me. Had tried with many psychologists and psychiatrists but this type of therapy was exactly what I needed to feel progress and processing. Felt like a great balance of nurturing and supportive environment (especially through EMDR) as well as a lot of insight and alternate perspective to feel growth/challenge. Careena has a very comforting presence which I was very relieved to finally find!

I was in a shocking spot honestly anxiety was massive and I felt stuck doing the same dumb stuff over and over. Careena is a legend, easy to talk too and she doesn't waste time but she listens real good. She helped me figure things out without forcing me to talk about the past if I didn't want. The Bondi Junction office is sound. If your thinking about getting help Central Spark is the place I'd tell anyone to go.

Wonderful, patient-centred and trauma informed practice. EMDR therapy was offered and was a great way to assist in care. Very grateful to have found Careena and have been better for it.
