I’ve been working with Careena on and off for several years. She’s been a constant sounding board and has helped me through many hardships. I’ve felt supported, challenged, and encouraged to find my voice. I now have a much deeper understanding and awareness of myself and my behaviours. EMDR was a particularly valuable technique for me. Careena is one of the kind and very experiments psychotherapist. She is very thoughtful and her way of practicing is very well supported and comes at the right time for your best outcome. Highly recommended!!!
Had tried with many psychologists and psychiatrists but this type of therapy was exactly what I needed to feel progress and processing. Felt like a great balance of nurturing and supportive environment (especially through EMDR) as well as a lot of insight and alternate perspective to feel growth/challenge. Careena has a very comforting presence which I was very relieved to finally find!
Careena is a wonderful therapist with great capacity to engage with the somatic and intellectual aspects of healing and growth. I learnt so many valuable skills from working with her that I practice every day.
