Six months ago, on 12/31/2025, Waterbird Home Solutions of Bellville, Ohio, replaced my inoperative water softener. The technician who did the work was Bryce Ketter. Bryce was very knowledgeable, efficient, effective, competent, and accommodating. Not only did he install my new water softener, but he relocated it to an alternative location in my basement to maximize the efficiency of the unit. Don has always been an excellent service man, he knows what to do and gets it done. Since Waterbird has taken over the service remains but the price has increased substantially. Can you do better with the cost to us, my wife and I are retired and living on a limited budget?
