Love this storage facility. The customer service has been easy to fast when something was needed.the facility itself has cameras, multiple carts and dolly's to load/ unload things, very clean and spacious units that are climate controlled and not accessible from outside which adds another layer of security. I've Used many during my moves over the last 10 years and this one is by far the best.

I have rented a storage unit for over 2 years. The building is always super clean and very well kept. Christy is very responsive and communicative. I have had a wonderful experience storing my items at Central Self Storage!

Needed storage unit/s for household items. Love that this facility is climate controlled and has security code entry. Always clean when I go to retrieve items from my unit. Christy ALWAYS says hi (if I go during normal hours) and asks if everything good with my items and my unit. Have recommended to other family who needed a unit while moving who utilized unit in the new location in Clanton. It also climate controlled and clean. Definitely recommend to you if you need clean/secure climate control unit/s.

Previous customer here. First things first, Christy is awesome! Very professional, and always helpful. The unit I rented was at the Thorsby location. Had no problems. The facility was clean. No issues with break-ins. Would highly recommend giving them a call! Would use again! 5/5 :)
