My family had a storage locker here and it was broken into and some items were stolen. This place has terrible security and they still charged us the month we were robbed. They have security cameras but no one monitors them overnight or on weekends and there is no alarm system. But we got the "theft" discount - 20%. I would find your storage needs elsewhere. *UPDATE* the Regional Manager called to tell me that "I don't understand business" and was rude to me. Not impressed by customer service either.
Used to have a storage until here about a year ago. I never was greeted when coming in and it seemed like forever to be helped. I honestly did not want to come. However, I thought I would give it another try and I am so happy I did. I went in a few weeks ago and the new lady that works there (at the main desk) is so sweet. She was so eager to help and answer all my questions. I was very impressed. I hope this continues. I also love the new boxes that have little faces on them. The mustache one is my favorite.
