This place is absolutely horrible. I live out of state and rented this storage unit to keep some tools that I need for a few rental properties that I have in the Phoenix area. Therefore, I don't go into the unit very often. I was a few weeks late on rent but not that bad and when I called to make my December payment, I was told they couldn't find my info and would call me back but nobody did.
