This place is absolutely horrible. I live out of state and rented this storage unit to keep some tools that I need for a few rental properties that I have in the Phoenix area. Therefore, I don't go into the unit very often. I was a few weeks late on rent but not that bad and when I called to make my December payment, I was told they couldn't find my info and would call me back but nobody did. I called again a few times and was finally told that they had closed out the unit and would check into the situation and call me back ... read more
I've been using this storage unit for quite a while and they've always been very helpful and accommodating. They also have deals on their site. Highly recommend.
