Another crazy price increase, up to $165 a month for a 10x15. Complete ripoff and bad business practice. Edit: They're now owned by private equity, that explains everything.

Very clean and well maintained storage facility here in Gilbert. Excellent amount of parking in a medium sized shopping center. Entrances on Cooper and Ray. The few times I've had to access storage it wasn't super busy. .

Ease of access and always trusted my personal possessions were safe in my rented unit. Ease of making monthly payments online, over the phone or on person. Would recommend to anyone needing somewhere to store personal items.

Initially this was Cube Smart, I never had issues until they switched management. My fee almost doubled & was told they would try to negotiate space fee with Corporate. They would call or email me. Crickets….I went in to tell them I was moving out since I never heard from them & asked for prorated rent. Nope, they don’t prorate. Have to pay for whole month! Customers beware- no customer service at all.
