I wanted to share this. My daughter has a storage unit at this facility. She has often spoken about the manager Lisa and how fond she is of her. I asked her "why, is she a nice person?" My daughter replied " yes mom but there is something different about her. You can see it in her eyes and feel it when you interact with her. She genuinely cares about people and their situations. " In today's society it is rare to find customer service provided like this. Lisa thank you and thank you Public Storage.
Basir manager was nice and kind.Very helped and nice treatment
I just recently rented a storage online on Mokelumne st in Antioch. The first night that I was there the office manager game by the first night to introduce herself and to make sure I had no questions 😳. That is not the service I have ever received my any storage facility I’ve rented In contra costa county. I give thumbs up to the manager Lori for making me feel welcome.
She was amazing!
