I've been at this facility since before public storage purchased it for perhaps 16 years. While I disagree with the rate hikes that Public Storage continues to do, my recent interactions with the manager Michelle have been excellent. She gets 5 stars.
Great ,clean and safe so far. Good customer service.
Unattended most of the time, You end up calling customer service and leaving a message just for general info. Account specific info can only be handled by the facility not customer service so you are our of luck if you happen to choose this place. Facility is nice & clean but ever since Public Storage acquired this site, the office is closed.
My husband called and arranged for our rental with a representative over the phone, then sent me in to sign the lease and move our belongings in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been set up correctly. Michelle was there to help, and she got everything straightened out with a smile and a positive attitude - something that seems rare these days! We left as happy, satisfied customers.
