The elevator broke down with my stuff in there. The manager answered their phone when I called and said they’d get back to me but never did. So I had to leave my personal items overnight in the elevator. Many other people we talked to said they have had or seen other people have this problem. I would NOT recommend renting from this place.

I recently came to rent a storage unit, a big one. Not only was the staff in a unpleasant irritated mood, the female manager and the new guy trainee both had no idea what they were doing. I understand rough days as I work in the service industry. But what I do not understand is when a tenant is attempting to PAY THEIR RENT. The new manager leaves a sign stating: Manager will be back by: 1:45, it is currently 1:55 , I need to leave to go to work and they are still gone. Unprofessional.
