Tried to make a payment for Feb and March 2018 since the last payment date was in December 2017 for January/February. The "manager" wanted to charge me almost $200 in late fees and said it was already advertised in the New Hope paper for auction. After 2+ years and never being late, and a debilitating accident with a trash truck that left my husband disabled, these people wanted to auction my husband's stuff off. Find another self storage with a manager who knows how to demonstrate empathy, this one is deplorable!

Don't really know the place. A friend of mine had a small storage unit there, it's clean as quiet are you going to ask for.
Very good and heated storage place and they even have a moving truck on site you can use for a day
