AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!! If you have a storage unit here, check your autopay / account for obscene increases. In 2024, Public Storage purchased the storage space in Island Park, NY where I had leased two units for several years. Immediately, in January 2025 the cost was increased by $202 per month for my two units. Then again, July 1, 2025 - six months later - the price was increased another $300 per month.
