The staff at the location, especially Shayla are amazing. The company is horrible to work with and, as a long time customer, I will NEVER be back. They make promises, but the website, and their horrible customer service agents lie. Good riddence
The positive: Facility is good. The prices are competitive and a lot cheaper than other storage areas in the Valley. Storage units and campus are clean and simple. The negatives: Hidden fees and fine print - I appreciate more than anything transparent pricing. Public Storage had a few hidden cost that took a lot of questioning with a person on the phone to figure out what they were. Additionally, I was deceived on one charge. The worst! They bought it my already in use stores company tagged my locks with their stickers. Jacked the price up a hundred dollars more a month. I wooded out on the fourth. They took full payment on the send and won't prorated or refund.
