Very helpful and great with my kiddo. So happy with service!
I would give the ladies in the office i worked with 5 stars but the company is horrible. Raised my rate by over 30% after only a few months. Such an unethical business model in my opinion. Wait until you get all your stuff stored so it is hard to move out. They did the same thing to a unit I was renting in Caldwell too. I will never do business with public storage again and woukd caution buyer beware to anyone thinking of renting from one of their facilities.

Zero Stars!!! This place charged me 130$ for a unit I never even moved into. I asked for refund before my move in date even started. “First month is non refundable, or the fees that come with it”. I was warned prior that this place is a nightmare. Don’t store here! The lady on the phone from the location insisted that if I wanted to cancel my boat spot in addition, I needed to pay the month, and move the boat now. I wouldn’t be able to use the space for the month I paid. What a joke.
