We needed to downsize on our 10x20 storage to a smaller unit BUT needed to move half of the stuff to the new house prior to cleaning out the bigger unit AS WELL as renting a parking space for our trailer. I had a great experience today with Deanne. Although I have had the unit for years, this was the first time I actually visited the office. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. It was a breeze! There was no "sales process," she made sure to accommodate my move-out and move-in dates that fit my needs. The office was spotless, she made sure all my questions were answered, and actually thanked me for being a customer. She is the epitome of "exceed the customers' expectations." Thank you, Deanne!
