Deanne here is wonderful, she has been so helpful when I needed help with purchases or purchasing another unit. we have several units here and we love how it’s monitored closely. They do security checks throughout the day, they also have good moving accessories for sale Inside the office for ease of convenience when moving. 10/10 recommend. The units are always cleaned as well, we’ve had a few issues where the light in our unit stopped working but it was fixed promptly. Attention to customers is great.
I am very grateful for Deanne, located in the Star facility. She is always very helpful and friendly. She goes beyond and shows appreciation for her customers and encourages them with her insight and understanding. She’s an super asset to your company.
Deanne was so helpful and knowledgeable about the property and units. She was able to answer all my questions. The property is clean and easy to navigate.
The customer service provided by Deann was stellar. She helped us get into a covered parking spot. We have rented a storage unit and an uncovered space for nearly a year with no problems and have enjoyed the ease of access and friendly people working here.
