Jay came to set up our security system last Friday. Really kind and had everything set up in no time. You are not going to find another security company that offers top notch security with the services they offer. Great price and great quality. I’ve already referred them to a lot of friends and family that want to switch over from ADT because they are paying a ton of money and in long contracts. Thanks Jay!
Central Security is a low tier alarm company, be aware. I used them for years until I moved and started having problems with my camera set up. Brandon blamed it on internet service in my area but after consulting other name company's I found out how rink a dink this company is. My cameras work great with no problems with this new company and I'm paying $40 less a month with more high quality cameras set up. If you are getting a system installed or an existing system monitored, look no further! Brandon is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and isn't going to take you to the cleaners with unnecessary equipment or monitoring costs. I have used Central Security for over three years and at two houses. I highly recommend him and Central Security.
Great service/support before and after the sell. I needed my alarm connected to the internet because I wanted txt message updates whenever the alarm went off...After doing a TON of searching and not finding anything to suit my need, a friend recommended Central Security. I have an old alarm system but it was no problem for these guys to add a module to do just what I needed.
