We’ve just had a Stratco Sunroof Patio installed and we think it is a great addition. It will make the deck area so much more versatile. It has automatic rain sensing to close the roof when it rains(a very useful feature). The installation team were very efficient and friendly taking great care to deliver an immaculate finish. Thanks guys! We couldn’t be happier!
CRS were a bit slow off the mark when we initially approached them about the construction of a pergola over an existing deck. Slow or no replies for a while. Left it and then tried again after a frightening high quote from a competitor. On this occasion we mostly dealt with Minette, who was exceptionally good. We had someone visit and a quote was offered that we were very happy with. Timeframe for the build was slowed because of Christmas, January delays but it did happen in February as suggested. Pretty unimpressed that they scratched both sides of the iron roof sheeting I got and then told me when I went to pick it up I had to pay for the touch up paint to fix the damage they had done. I also called twice to change my order and was told it was fine and then when I went to pick it up was told the paperwork didn't reflect it - thankfully they had what I had requested in stock. Pretty disappointed overall.
