Our commercial building had several roof leaks. It is a flat roof with a rubber membrane. We called Central Roofing to come out and look at it. They recommended that we allow them to do preventive maintenance on the entire roof. They brought a team of people out and spend the better part of the day cleaning, re-seaming it, and sealing around all roof penetrations where rain might seep in. We could not be more pleased.
