I was on the fence if I should do business with these people - and well I should have listened to my instincts. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had with a vendor. They didn't even make an attempt to try to provide any decent service once the order was received. I understand I signed the order, but at the same time, at least try to act like you care. Central has been awesome to work with as a small local restaurant group. They have been supportive on every level. I recommend working with them big or small. I get everything I order in a timely fashion and at a great price. It is impressive how they have also supported Chef's Night Off and local chefs on every level. You know when a company supports every level of an industry that it's truly vested in the community and its people.
I purchased an ice cream machine from here and it doesn't work properly. The ice cream is gritty and I can't sell it to my customers. The customer service was great until we reached the point of they don't know how to fix it. So now they are saying there is nothing they can do. It is still under warranty and we are out 15,0000.
