Very rude!
Was told by landlord to reach out to Tom , already did application and was told we were all good, I had 2 other roommates but I was taking point on payment and all contact, missed a call from Tom but he got in contact with them and was told we had till the end of the week (12/23) for security deposit, landlord reached out for security deposit on the 12/26 to which I reached out to Tom to pay. Applied for an apartment, paid the $50 application fee. Sent texts and emails. Asking for status updates. Never heard backs from them. Was told by Tom (very nice person) The building owner had the applications and would reach out. That was 2 weeks ago. The building owner or someone should have had the common courtesy to contact applicants. .
