Filled out paperwork, got calls and text msgs bout coming in. First there is a new side and preowned, both talk bad on the other new vs used. I was with this guy for an hour, so he could make a dollar. I was played with, made a fool and left with no real answers. Even to follow up with pre owned they dont call back or really talk to u. I am done with buying from dealership, they have more games than D&B
They spent three days calling me and processing the paperwork, I drove out to see them twice—only to find that first one manager wasn't there, then another. They kept telling me about this "excellent offer," but when we finally all met up, the deal fell through because it turned out they didn't have all the necessary information. They promised me a fuel card just for showing up—which, naturally, I never received.
I have been a Nissan customer for many years; I currently own both an SUV and a sedan. However, over the last few weeks, I have had a very poor experience with them, and I am leaving Nissan as a customer for two reasons: both of the vehicles I have owned have had numerous problems. Had the worst experience that I've ever had when trying to buy a vehicle
Tried to sell me a car that apparently had no issues for $3500, and it had a leak, engine sounded horrible, and more issues, plus it didn’t even drive on reverse, the transmission was done, matter in fact the whole car was😂
