For the price, the amenities are great (pool, fitness room, laundry center, dog wash, play grounds). The apartments themselves are dated, some have been updated but much of the work looks like it was done on the cheap (simple things like cleaning and leveling the floor before laying new linoleum weren't done, or done well). The single wall-mounted AC units don't cool the bedrooms. The management is now taking care of all issues with noise and numerous other violations. My faith is being restored with this complex. Many thanks to the mgmt team! :)
