Nice facility, crappy neighbors. Crappy neighbors leave piles of dog poo all over, or bag it and leave them in parking spots, loud and rambunctious on work nights, snooty, with no regard to anything or anyone around them. I like the facility, I like the management- cannot stand most the neighbors. I apologize if you’re reading this living here and not a crappy neighbor.
Quiet, lovely complex. Neighbors are nice and everything is clean and maintained very well. Maintenance takes care of things almost immediately and management is very responsive.
Moved in almost 2 months ago and almost everything in my apartments was already damaged in some way. There was still hair from the previous owner all over the shower and walls. The worst part is that you can’t pay your rent online. Can’t believe you still have to get cashiers checks to pay rent in 2024. Especially from a “luxury” apartment. I like the leasing manager but the apartments as a whole are mediocre and the website needs a serious update.

It’s a small community with better facilities. The manager and the maintenance guy always go above and beyond. The manger alone takes care of all the mails and arranges them very neatly. Every where you see the directions and well written instructions. The fitness center is small but manageable. You get coffee and the water served in the lobby. My family loves this community.
