I have lived in the building for two years and really enjoyed my stay for the most part - I'm only moving out to live with my partner. Maintenance was prompt and responsive, in the rare instances I did interact with the rental company (Capitol Property Management), they were friendly and helpful, and my neighbors were respectful and helpful.
