Your better off going out of town they don't care they don't even do follow ups like they said apparently I'm supposed to do there work and ask for a rescheduling ha ok! If you try to let them know what problems are occuring they don't care to hear nothing even tho that's what they get paid for honestly that's why no employees last and that's why you never hear of a successful recovery story from here. I scheduled for an appointment I gave a clear view to the lady that I've had bad experiences here because I'll talk to one person then they quit or leave and it's a whole process to try and have them understand...or it's like what happened now I tell the lady why is it a two weeks to see somebody and they told me they wouldn't cancel on me that the schedule will be set I waited the two weeks and once again they failed me they wanted to reschedule me again I'm trying to seek help but Plainview MHMR sucks I hate to say it but ... read more

I love Dr JoAnn! She's warm, caring, approachable and all around awesome! The staff there is the best. I'm very happy with my care there. I hope Dr JoAnn stays forever!
