UPDATE: The coordinator decided to stop by later today after her original scheduled hour and asked if we had received the calendar. She clearly didn't get the same one we did as she didn't arrive at the time she was scheduled and didn't send a text, call me, send an e-mail. We didn't even get the smoke signal she may have sent. The therapist and coordinator who worked with my daughter were both very unprofessional. It was like pulling teeth just to get an appointment with the speech therapist. Both had no respect for our time as they would arrive for appointments either late, or extremely early without so much as a text to let us know. To top it off, neither the therapist nor the coordinator had any type of plan of care when they would finally arrive. Definitely seek out private therapy if you can.
