I have been a resident at Central Place since July and have been very disappointed with the building's management. The building’s leasing office does a good job selling the building, but beware that during the 10 months my roommate and I have been living here, we have had access to only one of the two elevators assigned to our floors, and at times we have been told to take the service elevator when both are out of commission. Update 2: My luck regarding the ventilation has ended. There's another review from Tin 5 months ago and I'm having the exact same problem where my apartment is filling with marijuana smoke every night. Awful. This is by far the worst building I have ever lived in. Update: Both elevators have broken again. Still not even an eta for repair. This building is anything but luxury. It is horribly managed and not well maintained. David and Angela have run this place into the ground. Package room is constantly dripping water and disorganized. Elevator has been out for months. Pool is not maintained and is full of bird poop. Cleaning staff sits on calls on speakerphone and does nothing. Central place used to be a great building but the quality of management has become terrible since Angela took over as community manager. The building also frequently smells from sewage issues and maintenance issues routinely occur (like elevator outages) that do not get fixed quickly.
