I have lived at Central Place for 3 years and had a great experience with the staff and management. Management: Management was extremely flexible and I never had a problem that they could not solve. In my 3rd lease, I did not submit my outside renters insurance. They followed up, I submitted my proof of insurance, and they refunded premiums.
