new name is Central Piedmont Properties I would say I am in the middle where this agency stands. They want the rent on time but when something goes wrong they are very slow at repairing. We have lived in one of their privately owned properties and for two years we have had to look at trash behind our home. They rent to preferred people and these people are allowed to do almost anything such as leaving the trash can to be emptied more that two months.
