If you get sent to this doctor, good luck. He is pretending to care, he pretends to listen than literally stab you in that back for the insurance company well being. I went for a IME, he listened and seemed to really care. Then I got my paperwork back and basically tell a completely different story. Not sure why there are any complaints. I have been a patient of Dr. Riffer's for almost two decades at Central Phoenix Medical Clinic. Their staff have always been kind, efficient and friendly. Dr. Riffer is an excellent physician and just a great person. I highly recommend this clinic for top notch medical care delivered in a professional and upbeat environment.
Not a patient, but I never would be, and if you have any regard for your sanity, I would tell you not to be one either. I've been trying for three days (yes, three days) to get in touch with this clinic. Their website is down (and has been for the past week), and the main number for the front desk leads to a voicemail every time.
