The doctor is excellent—very kind, professional, and always smiling. I have no complaints about him at all. However, I am not satisfied with the receptionist’s service. She is not cooperative. For example, when I need to renew my husband’s medication, I have to contact her multiple times before she sends the prescription to the pharmacy. Also, regarding referrals, we have been waiting for two months. When we contact the specialist, they say no referral has been received. Dr. Sayegh has been knowledgable and responsive to the unique needs of my body. He listens to what I am mentioning and to my needs.
Very unsatisfied. DOES IT REALLY TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET A VIAL OF ALLERGY SHOTS? The lady sitting at the front desk unprofessional. I live 40m away from the Dr office and she lies that she calls me. 3 weeks tells me next week.. I really had to cancel 2 trips because of that. I wish I never came to this office at all. So very ridiculous
He is an amazing. Myself and my children have been going to him for years. He takes time to listen and take your concerns into to consideration.
I've left several messages over the past 2 weeks trying to get an appointment as a new patient, not once has anyone answered or called me back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
