I cannot begin to describe how much of a positive experience I had at Central Phoenix Eye Care. I’m a new patient and everyone from the office staff to the team was extremely helpful, professional, and very supportive with my eye care needs. Dr. H is absolutely amazing!! She went into thorough detail about my eye care, answered all my questions and I learned so much about how when we get older our eyes change. For three yrs I have been searching for a place that that can give me straight answers and results. And this place did that on my first visit. The staff were very nice and friendly. The lady who helped me was soo amazing in every single way she answered all my questions and covered all my concerns. In the end they got my glasses fixed and I can see again. No stress. No worries. not anymore. and it feels soo good to be worry free about my glasses 3 yrs and 5 eye doctors later.
We have gone for many years, but lately they have had many personnel changes & no one seems to know what they are doing. I would recommend finding another place. I know we will not be back.
Super friendly and helpful front desk staff, kind and attentive intake tech, and thorough and skilled optometrist who each gave their time as if I was the only patient being seen today.
