The pharmacy at a big box store was consistently screwing up my prescriptions to a point where it literally could have killed me. I transferred my prescriptions to Central Pharmacy Mt Hope in February and they have never failed to provide excellent customer service. I'm from a small town so when the pharmacist took the time to introduce himself and now that I am greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door, it feels like I'm back home. We love our pharmacy! Wonderful and knowledgeable staff who always seem to know who their customers are. We were using Rite Aid in town for just our daughters medications when she went through a sick spell because of the drive thru- they made 3 huge errors with her medication. Since switching her to Central Pharmacy all has been well. Unlike Rite Aid, I also feel welcomed to ask questions and they have always given wonderful advice and help. Can't say enough good things about our pharmacy!
