We had to bring our sick kitty to the practice as our vet was not available and they were his backup care facility. I can attest to the caring staff that took a stress filled cat and relaxed him to the point of purring so loudly that the vet had a hard time hearing his heart. We found out he has other problems that will need addressed with our vet and they will not attempt to sell you services that are unnecessary, as I had a problem in the past with other emergency vet hospitals. To sum it up, quality service and trained pr... read more

Outstanding care was provided to our dog at all levels. They informed us of what to expect, their process, the procedure fees, treatments and discharge instructions. The kindness from the staff at all levels helped ease our stress at rushing our sweet boy to the vet late on a Friday night. Our big, nervous, yellow lab was treated so well, when our visit was finally over, we had to nudge him off the lap of Megan the Vet tech to go home. For an emergency vet hospital, they also took extraordinary care of us (the concerned huma... read more

Thank you Dr Ferretti for her time and effort with Gunny. Sunday Gunny wasn't moving very well nor was he eating. As of Tuesday he is moving and eating just fine. Again thank you to everyone that helped Gunny on Sunday.

Used this facility for the first time tonight after my 16 week ornery boxer pup managed to eat about 10 candy bars. The staff was FANTASTIC. They were great with Athena (my puppy) & I am beyond thrilled with the care she recieved! So thankful there is a hospital like this for animal emergencies. I don't know what I would have done with out it. Thank you so much for helping me with my fur baby!

3 weeks ago when we had to put our boxer down because she had cancer, my husband had a seizure in the waiting room and because of your kind and professional staff he was transported and checked out at the hospital. Not only that, you kept the dog overnight for us. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude and thanks for all your staff and how you treated two strangers that day like family. Definitely would recommend your office to anyone that needs animal care. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

I have had to use your facility twice now, once for my cat and just yesterday for my dog Sly who had an allergic reaction to something that caused his face and muzzle to swell. The vets and staff there are caring and compassionate and very welcoming and keep you informed on the progress of your pet. You can really tell they love the animals that come through that door like they were there own. Thank you all for what you do.
