The staff members at Londonderry Donor Center are excellent. Patty and Tiff are friendly, efficient, and sensitive to donors' needs. I have donated over 18 gallons and I can tell you that these folks are the best. Please make an appointment and donate!
I go to the Apple Hill location regularly. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional.
Staff are uneducated and act like little kids, always rude and stick me wrong.
I go to another blood bank, I’ve been discriminated against five times because those are the number of times I have gone and tried to give blood and every time I went they would come with some excuse not to draw blood from me either my blood pressure is too high or too low or I had fever when I really didn’t have any of those symptoms. Staff was rude and with an attitude at my most recent visit.
Will indefinitely defer you, when telling them that someone told u to donate, even if u have no medical diagnosis n bloodwork is all in normal range. Very frustrating as head advocate will not even help!
