Central Penn Land Transfer is a very competent, professional and yet personal company. We worked with Joleen and she was fantastic!! We were on a very tight schedule. We initiated the purchase on August 20th and the transactions were completed by Thursday September the 4th. There were email and text messages plus personal phone calls throughout the process and it could have been quicker except for some delay by the township. I highly recommend this company and their staff for any and all title and escrow services.
